Welcome to Grabto (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our application (“App”) allows you to discover restaurants, get personalised recommendations, book tables, and avail discounts by making secure payments directly through the App.

By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Data Collection and Consent

We collect and process the following personal data when you use our Services:

• Name, Phone Number, Email Address
• Date of Birth and Anniversary
• Real-Time Location Data (only during active use)

We process this data to:

• Provide personalised restaurant recommendations and offers
• Enable table bookings and discount eligibility
• Facilitate secure payments and transaction records
• Improve and secure our Services

You consent to this collection and processing by using the App. You can withdraw your consent at any time through in-app settings or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

3. Your Rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

2. Correction – Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.
• Refunds and adjustments follow the policies displayed during booking.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Restaurant service quality, pricing changes, or unavailability.
• Indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Terms & Conditions – Wallet & Refer & Earn System

1. Nature of Wallet Funds

1. The Wallet balance represents reward tokens/points credited to your account for eligible activities such as transactions, referrals, promotions, or goodwill gestures.
2. Wallet balance is not real money and has no monetary value outside the [App Name] platform. It is a promotional value used only for:
   • Waiving off convenience charges, booking charges, or service fees.
   • Providing additional discounts when certain conditions are met.
3. Wallet tokens/points cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any legal tender.

2. Earning Wallet Tokens

1. Wallet tokens may be credited through:
   • Completing qualifying transactions.
   • Participating in special offers or campaigns.
   • The Refer & Earn program (as per Section 4).
2. The crediting of wallet tokens is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to modify or revoke crediting rules at any time.

3. Usage of Wallet Tokens

1. Wallet tokens may be used only:
   • To offset certain applicable charges at checkout.
   • To unlock eligible additional discounts.
2. Wallet token usage is subject to:
   • Minimum spend conditions.
   • Offer validity periods.
   • Participating merchants or services only.
3. Wallet tokens expire after [X months/days] from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Expired tokens will be forfeited automatically.

4. Refer & Earn Program

1. Under this program, you may earn wallet tokens by referring new users to [App Name] using your unique referral code or link.
2. A referral is considered valid only if:

3. We may impose limits on:
   • Maximum wallet tokens earned per referral.

4. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or fake identities) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of wallet tokens.

5. Modification & Termination

1. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Wallet and Refer & Earn program at any time without prior notice.
2. Upon termination, any unused wallet tokens will automatically expire.

6. Limitations of Liability

1. We are not responsible for:
   • Any loss of wallet tokens due to technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized access.
   • The unavailability of wallet benefits if a merchant or service withdraws participation.
2. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of wallet tokens in your account at the time of the claim, solely for redemption within the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State].
